I feel like after readying these comments I need to stand up for this little dancer...she is pretty damn fantastic for being 11 years old! I'm tired of people being mean and rude when most likely none of you have done what she has. Real dancers and teachers give constructive criticism and don't tear dancers down. You are suppose to inspire improvment!
I've watched so many people do this variation including people from my own studio and honestly she did it better than so many that I've seen. She may not have gotten her leg up as high as the others and didn't do quite as many turns but she was very engaging and fun to watch. I felt her energy and could tell she worked very hard. I think she did amazing
To all of these comments, Esmeralda can actually be a great variation for pre- competitive category if you just modify a few things to be easier, like the number of pirouettes etc. I think she did a great job!!!
Can everyone stop saying that the variation was too “hard” for her? She *clearly* nailed it, most 13-14 year olds are not as clean and strong as her. She has everything it takes to be a dancer and I know she will be a professional in no time! Beautiful job! ❤️😍💖

Troppo giovane per il lavoro necessario per la tecnica di punte e per l’interpretazione del ruolo…fare variazioni così importanti a questa età’ … non serve per la formazione🤦♀️comunque brava
She is pretty good overall given her age but I really can’t stop staring at her smile it’s really distracting and (no offence) doll looking, and yes i do get how you are always supposed to smile, but don’t go looking like an evil doll while doing it

She did a simplified version and did nail it ... better than blowing it on a version that was too hard for her, I agree.

she did amazing in my opinion (i am a dancer) the teachers modified the dance a bit like the number of pirouettes so i think its fine!!
