Kudos, gents!!! Sent this not only to the other coaches at my box, but also my son’s world class figure skating coaches!! Fantastic insights!! My son wants nothing to do with working out with me… Now I know! Thanks again! Keep it up!

Thanks so much for answering my question. So insightful, i now have a road map for the kiddos and i'm going to look into the Crossfit Kids course as well. Also quite the buzz getting your question read out on your favourite podcast, made my day! Keep up the great content fellas

This is great, I Run a Crossfit Kids and teens affiliate in Kalispell Montana. This is so helpful for us to continue seeing our kids grow.
A couple of things that stood out to me, “you earn the load that you have“ “focus on behavior you want to see“ “and work out before it’s over.” Seriously, thanks a lot. Our program is called Steps Of Justice CrossFit if you want to see it

I really needed this. My daughter has been wanting to train, but this gives me ideas to help make that happen, including getting her friends involved.
I'm about to go hit my workout and she's antsy to join and I'm looking forward to it!

I started coaching soccer this season for my 7 year old (I’ve never coached anything before). This podcast is so relevant and absolute gold for what I needed this week. Great podcast and excellent timing!

As a guy who started wrestling at 4yrs old, the example of burnout used resonated quite a bit. I made it through high school but by the time I started college conditioning I was done. I certainly clipped that portion of this and shared it. A lot of people need to hear it. It's about fun and building retention with kids. Also as someone with a 7yr old who loves joining me in the workouts, this was very informative and how I can properly & safely get him involved. Great episode.

Its fab gaining the confidence of kids and their parents. The fun that can be had with kids is great because you get to revert to being a kid too...albeit a bigger one!

Not kids related but what I think would be a good talking point...
As a CrossFit coach and affiliate owner following the linchpin programing. I get the doubt from the S&C minded members about the effectiveness of the programing. Their common comments are: There's no progressive over load, where is the periodisation, it's to varied we should have more "structure".
My response is usually give me 6 months... 6 months later no more explanation is required. But if I don't have 6 months to show them what would your response be to those doubts?

I 100% agree with you...after 6 months it becomes very obvious how well linchpin programming works. Here are some episodes of "linchpin conversations" they might want to listen to: Episode #42 "Extra lifting is not what most people need to improve their fitness." Episode #113 "Respect the heavy days." Episode #125 "Periodization, Push/Pull templates, Body part Splits & Strength Cycles."

Question: Who programs the 4 VNR tracks on beyond the whiteboard?
