    Awesome show! Thak you so much for explaining all of this. I don't always go all in during the workouts and at the moment the only possibility to remember this for the past workouts is to write it in the notes section. Would it be possible to integrate some sort of a slide bar or else to select how hard one went during the workout (for example if I felt like giving only 80% effort)?

    I love the BTWB app but there is an important function that is missing: an analysis of the movement patterns used during training. It's the only main training variable that is missing and it would be extremely useful to analyse these patterns (e.g. push, pull, squat, core, hinge, carries)

      At the moment I am doing manually in excel by entering all the movement patterns I perform in a workout and look at the monthly sum for each pattern

      Yes! Btwb is by far the best tracker out there but this would give it a function that’s really useful for tracking.

      @@Pedroflamengo97 it should be relatively easy to assign the movement pattern/patterns to each exercise in the database and add a function to analyse it

    Hey guys! So the question asked at ~48:20. I believe what they were talking about was something like this…
    3 RFT:
    10 Cals Rower
    10 T2B
    10 Pull-ups
    That’s easy to write. But what if each round that pull up changed.
    Rd 2 =C2B
    Rd 3 = BMU
    This workout COULD be written 2 different ways. Write is as above and in the notes put the difference. That’s easy. But if the author wrote 3 different rounds and I can do pull-ups but not the other 2 then I would theoretically need to change them both. If I can’t do T2B then that’s a lot of changing. We have experience with this because mayhem writes them like this sometimes. Hopefully I was clear. If not, reach out and I can give some more clarity.

    One of the topics you emphasize is consistency. For example, in a podcast from a long time ago (yes, I have listened to all of them) you mentioned that often the 6AM attendees were the most consistent at attending. In your experience, what are the goals (or the motivation) that keep people consistently showing up for crossfit classes day after day, year after year (at 6AM or whenever)? Boz seems like someone who experiments with different activities (maybe not the everyday crossfitter) and Pat seems like he is addicted to workouts (might show up every day at the gym). So for the people you have worked out with and coached, what is the most common motivation that leads to consistently showing up in the gym multiple times per week?

    I've got another one: When there is, for example, a workout with 4 rounds for time and I don't manage to finish the 4 rounds, at the moment I don't see any function to log in the rounds and reps I completed but only the time to finish the workout. Did I overlook this function, or does it not yet exist?

    I haven't seen anything about connecting C2 Rower to BTWB app.

      It's in the Tempus feature. Click on a timer icon next time you are viewing a workout. Or lick "start tempus" when you build a workout.

      @@btwbmedia thank you! I found the sync option. My other question revolves around the invite code. Before the start of the match, is that the only instance that code is available to share with others? I’ve tried finding the invite code that was promoted before tempus launched but I’ve only seen new codes. Which I’m not sure it would even be the same match to compete against.

    The scores on btwb are great, but it'd be helpful if they were normalised to the difficulty of the workout. Ie. a score of 50 on Amanda is not the same as a score of 50 on Fran because of the difficulty of the movements involved

    I have a question about Tempus. I've used a few times during a class and wanted to get the leaderboard on the screen. Based on the image on the homepage of btwb it is possible, but I have yet to figure out how. Can someone point me to the documentation or explain it to me?
