Before I add anything, I want to ask, is people adding thier own power levels with multipliers ok on this channel?

I'm mostly asking because I respect your thing and I like to add my one spin onto it without disturbing what you do

It's not disturbing at all, afterall even just in dragon ball franchise, there are multiple multipliers. Some use Hypotheticals due to nothing really actually confirmed after Buu Saga, some use manga scaling that is either weaker than anime's version or higher, some just ignore numbers and put bars and called it a day (I used to do these since it's quicker to make)

I'm sure you can find videos on RUclips, I used Kinemaster due to it's free and the quality so far it's fine (at least to me).
Some would PowerPoint, Some would suggest using Alight Motion. But at the end of the day, it's what you prefer using. Because given effort and time, any of these can help you. Plus whether you got more than 5 ideas in mind (in my opinion), if you want it be a regular thing, you either drop down your ideas on a paper/notepad or search online to see whether anyone had used that idea yet. If there's already videos of that idea, you can either scrap it or put your twist into it
Don't know if these will help, I mean it took me at least a year to actually figure out how to properly overlay the scaling bars, and make them look less janky
