The most cost effective option to buy MRE's is to shop around. You can find them on eBay, but pay attention to the shipping cost. I got the one you see (along with the other 23) for $6.25/meal. I like the convenience. If you want to go cheaper than that, you should stick with buying groceries at your local mega-mart (that's what I do most of the time).
This is NOT my channel but my husband is a trucker and he was military so we have had our share of MRE'S. They are less then $10 for one meal and for the calorie count you would just need two MRE'S a day at most. The down side is most websites that sale them you have very limited choice on what you will get. On the road eating 3 meals a day with snacks you will spend a lot more.
@TheLowlyTraveller I can go lower, but my body shut down from lack of nutrition. I like this, because each meals serves you what is needed to stay healthy and convient. I'm sold and will buy this.
Thank you for the video.
Do we save money from buying these or do we actually lose money. May you please answer this, because I am on a budget.
