True no one will replace him or be the next Drake. But..... someone can still be the next big rapper and be the next king. The next king may not be as versatile as drake thou.
But hip hop's future is looking bleak. Drake is a hip hop artist that can compete with the popstars. With him gone. Who can other than Travis and post Malone. But they ain't lyrical rappers. So them being the king is unlikely.

I’ll be honest when Drake retires that’s when R&B will surpass Rap like Rap did Rock
There’s not really anybody generational in the current rap scene, some like Youngboy and the experimental dudes are solid but they don’t scream “lasting power for 15-20 years”
R&B has plenty, namely Sza and unless some rapper can rise to maybe mesh all of experimental, rap, and R&B all together (which is hard), I think the genre will begin to decline when Drake leaves in the 2030’s

Travis won't be allowed in the conversation for best rapper. Because the biggest requirement for the king position is lyricism.
