When I play this song, Rocksmith has a lot of problems detecting notes in this tuning. Anybody else got this problem as well?

TheSilentKing Maybe just because it’s too low of tuning and your strings are too light for it. Maybe try thicker strings 👍

I have this issue it picks up almost none of the notes even though I could play the song in its entirety outside of rock smith

Try getting 10 - 52 string gauges also make you guitar gets a set up at the same time.
