I hope they do a table of attributes obtained that fits certain hero. So we know which attributes to focus when we farm after choosing the hero to support.
Currently, you only pick hero class not specific hero so there's a little bit of difference between heroes, but yes something like this would be nice. It will probably take a lot of work by someone in the community to put this together. XD

Yes! Like all tier lists (especially for this game) it can't capture every specific instance. Certain heroes that don't require the higher stats for themselves would benefit their teams more with the team buffs. Heads up though, some support heroes buff based on their own stats, but if you'd aim for team attack on tamrus, for example, I'd say that's a good call.
Buffer is most of the time better then dmg reduction, because it will most likely reduce the incomming dmg further then dmg reduction. Especially in the Chapters.

Yeah and even going beyond that point, top players will start to focus specific artifact skills/ stats for different game modes for their carry heroes. Honestly it gets pretty exhausting. I'll snag a discord link for you in a moment

Every time my collections has a random skill? Or i can save my skills from previous run to add it to new collections? I mean i have Mythic MP and i dont have slot to put is so i think its lost. But in next run i dont drop any mythic skill and i can put this MP from previous game. Is it illegal?
Unfortunately skills are lost after the specific run. So no you won't be able to save one for next time. There are a few cards that allow you to increase your chances of specific skills, but that's about all for now.
The new stats were kind of difficult to assess prior to seeing them get much action. If I were able to make adjustments after the fact, I'd probably move erosion/corrosion down one and move ERR (energy %) up.
So out of curiousity is it technically a garbage run if u dont get the Lvlup by the end? Cause even if u have good stats if your still level 0 basically wasted time lol
No not at all, the stat boosts alone are very significant and you can slot these artifacts into CR/TS where you couldn't use artifacts before. So each one is free bonus stats.
@pball11 the artifact not technically being a artifact and being used in tr cr cause that's not something there suppose to do unless they make the tr cr for that week the dynamic thing they do when something is introduced. But with them who knows lmao
Erosion=corrosion on this list, but I'd probably actually bump it down one rank in reality. PRF is in the Grey on the right since it's a situational stat.

Buffer only reduces damage from Health Loss, while DR reduces all incoming damage. Buffer is definitely not better.
