Top 8 Abandoned Locations In Western PA That Are Legal to Visit

- This is a list of abandoned locations within a few hours of Pittsburgh that I have visited. Some of these are close to the center of the state but still within reach if a day trip is done. Some of these such as Yellow Dog require permission from the land owner. Links with more info are below. Hope you enjoy!

used to go to cascade park as a kid when my grandparents lived in new castle, cool place

Ive been to Yellow Dog when people lived there. My wife's cousin lived there.
Also live near Cascade Park in New Castle, PA
The Boiler Works in stroudsburg is a really good one u shoulda mentioned

Didn't notice anything about I-80..
Cascade park is not an abandoned place. You showed the old well, the old swimming pool mechanical room and and supports from a long gone roller coaster.
Any places in NEPA
Theres a ton in Northeast PA. Its just a hike for me to get there. I need to get up that way as there is a ton of stuff I want to see in that area!
