Numistacker, it is us the audience that needs to give you a big thank you for all that you do. Thank you !!!! 👃🏻
had to watch this again, love that 1/2 sovereign George iii. id love to own a george 3rd gold soverign.
Stunning. Nice kit kats.
I've been thinking of moving to historic coins for some time...but I still don't know where to begin...😬 Great video as usual 👍
I think you can't go wrong with older scarce sovereign. As market was and will be huge for this type of rarities.
Those were beautiful pieces, please keep them coming.
That was very interesting thank you.
are those coins being packaged that way because of customs?
i have got the 1893 half sovereign which i bought about 6 months ago i only have 2 gold coins in my collection
Is that the Tudor GMT ;-)
Another great video thanks Numi 👍
Yes I love the Tudor GMT it’s a great watch

That was a treat! I nearly missed this one. Thanks, Numi.
Nice historical coin 👌🏽
Thanks Numi for a brilliant video can you recommend the best gold Sovereign book that lists each sovereign, year, mintage etc. Is there such a book?

@@Numistacker Thanks Numi...................take care and be brilliant with Sovereigns I have realised you are soooooooooooooo right. The answer is Sovereigns
book ordered and studying sovereigns hard...................increasing my knowledge by the day.
seriously there are no coins under priced. Coins may become more overpriced in the future which gives the impression that coin prices today are under priced. The day of reckoning is coming for collector coins .Remeber what happened to stamps? Take a look at Auction estimates for stamps and compare with Catalogue prices.
Yes I guess I mean relative rather than absolute
Stamps don't equate to wealth and power. Money does and always will. I highly doubt hobbyists and collectors will ever disappear as long as it's given such a reputation. The numbers may dwindle, but IMO, I expect when digital currency inevitably replaces old money, we'll see a future resurgence in hobbyists for those older coins and more so paper bills, as they are more prone to wear and tear and will become more elusive. Gold will always be favored amongst colectors, as it keeps it's value. The lure of wealth and power will never fade away.
@@pawfootage Words of wisdom.
amazingly beautiful proof coins very rare very expensive
Thanks, excellent video. I wish I had been buying these earlier. My budget only goes to the George V and George VI proof sovereigns and half sovereigns.
Great pieces!! I love the older Sovereigns. I originally bought them because they were a much better value than any American gold. Somewhere along the line, I became a great admirer of them. Once you begin the journey of collecting and stacking, you never know what you will end up being attracted to. For me, the British Sovereigns are my one true weakness.🙂✌️
A great weakness
Numistacker lol... I agree my friend✌️
Great coverage mate. Top coins. Many thanks for sharing
Made my Sunday now I am off to a forest near me mountain biking with my wife ( my precious) lol.
The 1871 sov. seems to show up VERY often, and IMO overvalued as supply seems to outstrip demand.
I like half sovs but like the currency rarities and would float up the 1845 and 1879 as examples that trump the proofs of the era when in high grade.
There seems to be very few proofs in good grades like there are few currency in good grades I target both of them
gorgeous gold
I always look forward to your videos
It just makes me happy as a numismatist 😁😁😁
If you are happy im happy
@@Numistacker I am always happy with your videos 😁😁
