Super cool that Moncton is starting to develop modern residential housing. Hopefully it brings needed life to your downtown! I currently live in Duluth MN and we are starting to see this same trend! One of the prettiest hospitals was just finished in 23’ and now we are getting a beautiful 15 story residential high rise on our Main Street that will really continue to modernize our city. I’m super excited to see where all these modern redevelopment projects bring these smaller cities in the future
Could I make a personal request? Could you please add Church Court Senior Care Home on the corner of Church Street and Victoria Street? It is where my grandmother was living before she passed away 12 years ago.
@ thank you. I was very close with her. I have had insomnia since she passed away. She is buried in the cemetery on Elmwood Drive, so I am looking forward to seeing that part of the city created as well.
I am excited to see how your native city can be transform (I thought of the same for my own but I haven't gotten the effort to do it). I may add as future suggestions to improve Mocton that it should, have lots of bike lanes and safe streets for biking (being such a flat city it has lots of potentials) and improve the bus connectivity and frequencies (with even express busses, if there aren't any current service). There could even be a future streetcar line in Downtown or a tram-train route from the train station to the airport. I would also love to see more traditional architecture from Mocton when the the Downtown is redeveloped.
How dare youtube hide this glorious peice of art from me for 50 mins ( for those wondering, no im not joking , i just really like his videos, and is it just me or i could fall asleep to his voice?)
When they built the Avenir Centre the excuse for not building a parking garage next to it was that there is a lot of parking spaces in downtown. But who wants to park behind Assumption Place and walk to the Avenir Centre in -30 degree celsius weather? But now the city wants to get rid of a lot of those parking spaces to redevelop downtown... so where will people park? I don't understand why Moncton doesn't like to build parking garages.
There's something oddly satisfying watching you build out the city we live in.
I looked at Moncton and your remake is starting to look like Moncton
Love seeing the maritimes recreated in CS! Halifax next?? I wonder how the traffic sim would manage our roads lol
I've been waiting to see a build of Halifax for so long

I suggest you use the subscription page instead of youtube's algorithm. That way you never miss one of your subscription's upload
@@Barbabonbon Or the notifications section if your subscription section is messed up like mine (because you subscribed to a lot of YT channels)
@mauriceskyliners9873 right. I guess a cleanup is in order.
Imagine 17 hours
Cant wait to see what you do to fix the Wheeler blvd - Lewisville blvd intersection!

It's distressing to see so much parking.
