I'm really glad to see there's at least TV. I spent a minute in the jail not in prison. All the women bunked together in a cell and there was 1 TV. Usually they picked reality TV to watch. TV was located more so in the table/ dining area away from all the bunks. I make it sound bigger then what it was. I kinda hid under the blanket covers on my bunk and read. I prefer my own space or even with a roommate over 10 women in 1 space together. My charges were dropped anyhow and I was set free. 4 years sober now. I think about being homeless though and think about going back to jail instead if I can't make it on my own as it wasn't all bad. It wasn't the worst place I've been in.
99 percent of inmates have a TV. In Missouri, there were 2 men to a cell. At least one of the inmates in that cell had a TV. Some cells, both inmates had a TV.

Nobody can take ownership of a tv if they get caught and it isn't registered to them it's a charge they take it from them ... They have serial #s
