Omg. The shaking when embarrassed is totally a thing. I absolutely hate it. I have a super embarrassing story (well for me it was, lol) from 8th grade and even recently I had a not so nice confrontation I had to deal with and I couldn’t stop shaking!!! It sucked so bad.

What a good way of saying this. A lot of people struggle with similar levels of selfconsciousness, low self esteem, and embarrassment??
