- This week, I wanted to share a brief 2-month update on my custom designed Viberg service boots. So far, they've been fantastic - incredibly comfortable and seemingly durable. However, I did come across a minor concern with the mini ripple soles. Check out the video for more details!

That sole splitting is totally unacceptable especially for Viberg. But it’s an easy fix at a repair shop.
I have 2 pairs of Viberg service boots with "Dainite" soles. I think the Dainite sole is comfortable, durable and looks great on my boots. Good luck and keep up the great videos 👍
That’s a no go for a boot that new, Viberg needs to rectify at their expense. As to resoling your other pair, maybe a Cristy (Christy) or Morflex?

With you on Commando soles. I have those on a pair of Trickers and they are hard AF, pick up rocks and sticks and just too beefy. Will probably never wear them out, like you said, but if/when I do, they'll be resoled in anything else!
Not great re the sole coming apart at all, never mind so soon. Id pretty much be wanting a free fix or refund.
The first two minutes of the video we couldn’t see the subject matter that was introduced. The primary visual was the presentor’s face. Perhaps take it from Bootlosophy where the boots can be seen the moment he begins talking about them. Good luck with the channel!
Always like an update. I would appriciate if you would talk about sizing, if you got it right or. Also, please do not care about boot heads, its your shoes, if mini ripple are more practical then resole them.
Cameron could you post your measurements for shirts, pants, boots etc? I believe I’m about the same build as you and am getting into Iron Heart. Thanks!
Hey mate, I am a large in all IH shirting and my boot size (at least in Viberg) is 10.5D. In jeans im usually a 33. But tbh ive found this fluctuates between brands.. 32 or 33 usually. I'm 184cm tall and sadly, i'm 85kg was 80kg pre xmas/ pre baby hah
Those soles look real weak, why not opt for the Dainite?
easy fix but I would worry about the manufacturing quality. Plus you gotta scotch guard the suede or equivalent product. And lastly although comfort should be the top priority, boots have to have some grip. Try Palladium boots for the summer........time tested design....practical.comfortable & hardwearing.
