We need more grow operations like this, combing through USDA census data we have been losing farm land since the 1950's I think we really should be taking a serious look at this technology as a way to grow our foods and keep availability up. The added benefits of locally produced foods, year round availability and reduced water usage are also significant as our climate continues to change and places like California where the water table is dropping we need this technology.
