There are a number of things about this scene that I really like. How mjolnir flies semi-uncontrolled just feels right. I absolutely have been craving to hear Thor's god voice. And lastly, that catch was perfect. I'm in love with this series and could watch it a thousand times over.
Something I don’t like is the hammer tors hammer never looked like that it was a lot bigger and curved a bit from the middle n he need gloves to bring back mjolnir n belt to wield I haven’t watched the whole thing but it’s good

Fjor’s face when Magne pulls Mjolnir from behind his back is priceless lol. Just that instant “Fuck!” Expression. The way his face just goes from the exceedingly confident "Hes bluffing" to "Holy fucking shit get out of the car" in a split second, goes to show just how much the Giants feared Thor and Mjolnir. I also love the way that Magne's eyes go from his normal, human shade of blue before he throws the hammer, to the very bright, vibrant blue, almost glowing, by the time mjolnir lands back in his hand. So awesome.
What I love about when magne pulls mjolnir from behind him is its like he's saying: you giants have lived long enough, you hurt my friends and family, time for you to die, and like a boss he throws it and as soon as it returns his eyes are glowing and he's ready for round 2
Made me think of back in season 1 episode 4 when they were talking about the gods and giants in Erik's class, and when Erik asked if there was "something or rather someone the giants were afraid of", no names were mentioned but even by hearing that reference Saxa looked nervous, maybe even a little scared.
If the handle was longer it would just look weird to spin in that way. The short handle with the width of the head give it a square projectile look that doesn’t look silly.
I think it’s funny the implication that Fjor was thinking about running Magne over with the car, because in season 1 Magne got ran over by a bulldozer and turned out fine. XD

No idea what the plan is for Avengers: Secret Wars or anything multiverse-related in the MCU, but if it involves Thor, they need to find a way to get this kid in as a Thor variant!

There is no point, as half your watch time is divided between watching the onscreen action/dynamics/interactions and reading. Dub's are usually a much better way to watch non-native movies as you can devote 100% of your focus to the acting and the sound.

It doesn't directly create lightning. It's actual ability is to be able to destroy whatever it gets thrown at. It's just that it can hit smash things so violently that it creates sparks. Lightning only occurs when thor rides his chariot in the sky, as when sparks fly, scientifically speaking it would create a polar charge that would instigate lightning. Thats the scientific explanation of how it creates lightning at least
This is one of my personal favorite shows, itsjust a cool twist on Ragnarok, Thor,Lori etc, I wish they would of stretched the series out longer, everything from the scenery to the acting I enjoyed,
Love the series, the acting, how the old stories are brought into todays world, and the music is past terrific. The faces of Ran and Fjor when they suddenly figure out that they're out of their depth are priceless as they turn tail and run. I'm curious how they shut the doors so quickly (the hammer is already in the air when Fjor's door opens) and where Ran is able to run to as there is a fence on her side of the car after shutting the door, but I'm sure Season 3 will clarify that.
The Jotun are confident they can destroy Thor with strength vs strength. Yet once mjolnir is reborn, they know true fear. So many Jotun skulls have been crushed under the weight of the Gods angry strikes with it.

In the mythology, there was no worthiness enchantment, it was simply too heavy for most other than Thor (and a few others) to pick up.
Everything in this scene was well done. Also kudos to them by using “Outro” - M83 again, an inspiring music in my opinion…
