Thank you very much for this easy method video. I was looking at others that involved Object to Path then grabbing the diamond to resize which I never could get to work.
Thank you for this tutorial! It's just what I needed to put an outline around my stickers. FYI: I didn't see the paint bucket either, but then I saw the triangle at the bottom of the toolbar. Click it and that will expand the toolbar so you can access the paint bucket along with a few other tools.
Oh My God! finally i found a video that is so clear and easy to follow lol ..im so excited sorry..maybe just me that is slow to follow others video😁..anyway im so glad i found yours..thank you so much ..keep it up ill be your new subscriber now ^__^
Exactly what I was looking for since I'm just learning Inkscape after CorelDraw burned me by my older 2018 version not being supported by Win11. Can this offset be turned "clear" so that it is there, but no colors or lines at all? Then I guess I would need to group them to save as one item?
Not sure if you are still looking for this answer. I don’t think clear or transparent is an option. I have yet to find the “magic wand” option in Inkscape to select and delete to leave the outline. The only think I can think of is to use white for your fill, white for the stroke and set the opacity for these to 0 instead of 100.
wow, thanks! I used to know how to use corel draw, but ino longer hve access to it. Inkscape being free is great BUT is not easy to make it work :/ your vid is very useful
Thanks for the great tutorial. And I love that you got straight to the point without chit chatting for 15 min
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!! By far, the simplest explanation on the web for doing an offset in Inkscape.
I cannot thank you enough for this! I have been looking for hours on this. You are a queen!
Thank you for the great tutorial! Do I need to group or union the offset? thank you!

That was the easiest way I’ve seen to do this!
Thank you
You're welcome!

Hiya! Thanks so much for this! My only question is how do I flatten the layers? I'm doing stickers and want more than one on a page. Thanks again!
