I think that he stopped that bullet since he knew where it was heading unlike others that he didn't notice because he was focusing on something or someone else. I mean the final battle in AoU was so messed up. I just feel that it's sort of unfair to compare between someone who was going to die at the end anyway (because of studio rights) and someone who is going to have another film. AoU Quicksilver had a shorter and more miserable life but still a cool personality. I really enjoy the character. :(

I don't think the bullet thing was his top speed, if you are basing that on the part where Hawkeye shoots him and he falls, he wasn't prepared and was only using his speed on instinct, not really focusing

This quicksilver uses super speed while the X-Men version uses a form of time manipulation.
No they both use super speed, it's just that the Xmen one is leaps and bounds faster (I worked it out that he might have been going up to and over 40,000 kmh in the apocalypse scene)

Seriously, I can't understand why people hate AoU Quicksilver so much and keep saying he's not as quick and strong as DoFP Quicksilver. I mean DoFP Quicksilver runs carrying no one around a room and stops plastic bullets coming out of plastic guns developed in the 1973. Meanwhile, AoU Quicksilver runs carrying people around a city, fights off an army of metal robots, stops metal bullets coming out of metal guns developed in 2015, which is almost half a century later. DoFP Quicksilver carried out a bunch of people out of an exploding school within seconds in the new movie. So far his feats are far more impressive than AoU Quicksilver imo.

I think that he stopped that bullet since he knew where it was heading unlike others that he didn't notice because he was focusing on something or someone else. I mean the final battle in AoU was so messed up.
I just feel that it's sort of unfair to compare between someone who was going to die at the end anyway (because of studio rights) and someone who is going to have another film.
AoU Quicksilver had a shorter and more miserable life but still a cool personality. I really enjoy the character. :(

Peter is more a speed of light-fast teenager growing up and looking for his place in the world among his kind, helping others while getting a family in the process.
Pietro is a less-fast mistreated orphan wishing to avenge his people and protect his little sister; then when he sees the danger Ultron poses, he allies with his old enemies and in the process they become his friends, which he helps to the point of sacrifice.
Judging how fast Quicksilver was running, if he were to ever punch somebody at the face, their faces would be permanently disfigured or even die

Flash and Quicksilver only have speed in common. Their characters are completely different in every sense
This quicksilver's top speed is around the same as a 9mm bullet fired from a Browning Hi-Power, or around 350 m/s. X-Men's quicksilver moves at speeds far, faaaaar in excess of 3,000 m/s.
I don't think the bullet thing was his top speed, if you are basing that on the part where Hawkeye shoots him and he falls, he wasn't prepared and was only using his speed on instinct, not really focusing
