It's up to the DA's office to pursue the simple battery misdemeanor. They'll know whether there's enough for a conviction. A judge might decide that hauling her into court put enough contrition into her and dismiss it or suspend it for a few months to see if she stays out of trouble. Probably isn't any civil judgment to be had against her, lacking evidence of injury or property damage.

Even her own police report incriminates her and the officer was telling her this. You can easily press charges with the video you have and convict her with her own words. It's your choice if you want to, but given how she tried to report you for the fight that she started I would consider it to be a community service to make sure she is held accountable with some minor charge.

I’ve had a crazy guy start yelling at me over my car horn beeping when I activated my alarm. And I told him there’s no law against it and he kept arguing. He started to walk towards me and I put my hand out and said firmly do not step any closer While putting my hand at my side, indicating that I was ready to defend myself. And the reason I did, this is because of something that you just said in your video. You never know who has a knife and if you ever see somebody walking towards you with their hand behind their back, it’s possible that they have a weapon so do not let them get any closer Treat them like the threat they are If they’re crazy enough to get angry over something so petty.

I had a similar incident happen to me while walking my dog, I yelled at a car to slow down in the neighborhood, and Karen turned around and started following me, got out of her car and approached me as I got my phone out to record her, but she grabbed the phone out of my hand and threw it on the ground, while yelling "where do you live?", to which I replied, "Don't worry about it, I know where you live". I ended up getting pictures and video of her as she walked back to her car, but she continued following us, so I called local police because she wasn't about to follow me back home. Apparently she called police as well but she took off before they arrived (I wonder why???) Anyways, police were basically useless even though it was technically a robbery; they didn't even write a report. Instead, I contacted the property manager for the house they were renting and they were gone a month later. Bye, Felecia.

I had a similar incident happen to me while walking my dog, I yelled at a car to slow down in the neighborhood, and Karen turned around and started following me, got out of her car and approached me as I got my phone out to record her, but she grabbed the phone out of my hand and threw it on the ground, while yelling "where do you live?", to which I replied, "Don't worry about it, I know where you live". I ended up getting pictures and video of her as she walked back to her car, but she continued following us, so I called local police because she wasn't about to follow me back home. Apparently she called police as well but she took off before they arrived (I wonder why???) Anyways, police were basically useless even though it was technically a robbery; they didn't even write a report. Instead, I contacted the property manager for the house they were renting and they were gone a month later. Bye, Felecia.
I really feel like she should be charged with some sort of felony for falsifying or tampering with evidence for trying to frame you. That way it stays on her record and the world will know in the future she's a liar.

Assault , False Police Report, Battery, potentially obstruction of justice due to lying and exaggerating. Potentially defamation for lying and saying you attacked her and that changed your reputation as proven by the first officer not believing you. You were extremely gentle during that altercation. She assaulted you numerous times while you were trying to back off and create distance. I am not a lawyer but seems to me you did everything right. Heck, even the shove you gave her was very gentle considering what you could of done to her. Now she wants to play victim because she literally F'd around and found out. Stick with this please, she needs to understand and realize that actions have consequences and trying to destroy someone's property and assault them is not acceptable.
