Google is turning into a joke. Im a health care provider. I used to trust people (finance, real estate, online) to invest my earnings. What I learned is most "so called" professionals with degrees will lose your money just as fast as a non-degree person. So what did I do? I committed many years to autodidactic learning - ie, I taught myself how to invest and look after my own money. Noone will care about your assets more than you. Now I have people calling me asking for advice. Many say I have helped them more than the so-called professionals. The bottom line is, there are non-degreed people who know more (or care more) than degreed professionals. Having a degree/education in a particular field is helpful, but it doesn't guarantee that that person is the grand-puba of knowledge in that field. Google is wrong on this one.
I agree with you. It's the same in the health industry. People in the trenches have more info than the most of the medical community. It's all about the money. Google is a joke and sending traffic to the highest bidders or now, that Alphabet is invested in big pharma, Google is sending business to themselves. This is out and out censorship with an agenda.

Hey neil, i am medical student and I started medicine blog Treatment , disease conditions etc.. Can it's affect google EAT algorithm. How Can i rank please solve my query.
If you're writing a blog about health, it will have to follow the EAT method if you want to rank. That essentially means your blog will have to have Expertise, Trustworthiness, and Authority.
@@neilpatel Thank u for providing solution. I figured out who's my audience. But can't able to figure out what type of content they're looking for. It would be great if i get solution from you.
If google would not rank our websites, why would we want to optimize our pages for google. We might as well use paid ads. Correct me if I'm wrong, they have no problem if we use paid ads to get our medical info on the first page of google, but we just can't do it organically, right? Why would you be interested in taking tips on google optimization? If there is less interest in google optimization, what does this say about viewerships stats for people helping us to optimize our pages to increase google rankings? What does it say about the future of seo marketers like Neil Patel?
Both an organic and a paid strategy that work hand in hand is ideal. Organic traffic is some of the most quality traffic. Although these changes seem scary, we need to remember that Google is always making scary changes. I think things in SEO are evolving, but it's not going away any time soon.
if I want to change the url of a page and this page has no backlinks or traffic, is it the best way to delete this page, and upload the content to another url? I am right? (I don't want this url to exist for google), is this bad for the new URL for that page
SEO is not links and content anymore. You can have much better content than the top-10 pages, but Google will rank the websites that people wanna see. That's why I started my English promotion in 2019 from social media. It's not the same strategy that I've used with my Russian and Ukrainian content that ranks everywhere - Yandex, Google, RUclips. For 2 months I got over 2,500 followers on Twitter and over 4,500 followers on LinkedIn. I just wanna get some authority because outreach doesn't provide great results if people don't know you. Providing social proof is necessary for any website. Customers don't buy from brands if they don't engage with them on social media. Just consider it.
I don't know what I should do I wanted to make a blog helping people do intermittent fasting and other nutrition-related stuff Does an expert mean you have to have a degree?
Not at all! There are tons of people out there who have a blog on a topic that they don't have a degree in. Just make sure your linking to accurate studies and citing your sources :)
