they are losing a lot of money to other airlines simply because their website to purchase a ticket almost never works

Absolutely agree! I have to use my VPN to spoof Jet Smart's website into thinking I'm located in Argentina (or anywhere in South America) in order to access it!

avoid this Jetsmart airliner, very bad service and surprise high tax just when cheking in. Stay away
