@@SharePointSmart Hi SharePointSmart, thanks for your prompt response. I already knew how to get the count of item based on their statuses. However, I'm asking how to get the sum of cost for each item based on status. For example: how could I get the sum of cost for reported item on summary data page. Not using the group function on "edit view". Look forward to seeing your response. And thanks again for the video. It was so helpful and detail.
