Nice man! Always cool to see someone from the D making videos. I run a channel myself. Looking to do some drone work soon. As soon as I get one. Lol. Could get some cool shots with my motorcycle
Hi. Actually, I was very careful when filming the video NOT to fly from one jurisdiction into the other. So in this video's case, I was entirely within Canadian space the entire time.
+DeeDogg It's not illegal for any specific reason. But I wouldn't be surprised if you are questioned by police or Border Control. I wouldn't really suggest flying the bridge unless you are very experienced. Lots of wind and very dangerous.
Beautiful video. I'm from Windsor and I've always been a big fan of the bridge. What is the name of the song in the background if you don't mind me asking?
cujo8400 Hello. Glad you enjoyed the video. The song is called "Lucid Truth", by Blackmill. In my mind, the music is just as important as the footage on my videos. When I heard this song, I knew it would be perfect for the Ambassador Bridge video!
Awesome View! Would I be able to use a clip from this as a background to a video I'm making for my church (located in Windsor, ON ) and credit this video in the description box?
Hi, Where can I contact you? I'm looking for some great drone-shots from Detroit for a music video project, and I would love to be able to use some of this footage! Thumbs up from the Hague, Holland!
Im going next week to make video from opposite side or riverside park. I will fly almost full way across but not 100% so people dont think I'm trying to get contraband across river
+Erwin Delarmente Hi. It was about 400ft or a bit above, memory serve. I have flown both the Canadian and the US side multiple times, so I don't recall specifically for that flight. When. I fly, I set a maximum altitude in the system to stay legal.
+Erwin Delarmente You had me curious, so I just looked at my flight logs, and the last time I flew the bridge, the max altitude was 402. That was on the US side. I don't suggest people film the bridge though. It gets REALLY windy over the water. It would be really dangerous for a novice. Thanks for your support! Watch my channel for new material soon!
Pljvideos FC Thanks! Tons of wind that high up over the water. Drone camera had a hard time staying stable. The wind was overwhelming the gimbal. Check out some of my more recent videos. This one was fun to film, but it’s a few years old now. New videos have much better video quality and resolution.
amazing shot,Would you allow me to use your clip in my vlog?

OK good to know thanks... For us in Canada & I think for the US the ceiling is 400ft...

It is 100% illegal to fly over the bridge like that. In Canada Or the USA. Nice little fine.
But keep up the good work! Bro
