Ad in a Spelljamming fleet and or moon base and now your a major Adventuring organization. That is how we did it in 3.5. We had a lending library and adventurers hostel and a Meadery besides what I mentioned. Eventually I had to park my characters as they were NPC's now. This can Supersize your games. The more you have the more you have to protect. 😃 Most player characters may not survive building such an organization but the organization can generate new characters as recruits. Unless or until someone starts poaching your talent. Then Party Decent happens. The Harpers did this to us.
Since no one in the party has access to Tiny Hut, my Druid always keeps Wall of Stone and Stone Shape prepared, so if we have to rest and there’s a large area of stone ground, I can build us a stone cottage and add a door with a tiny peephole, I can even build a table/water basin if I have enough leftover spell slots. Also, Create Water and Goodberry to keep us fed, hydrated, and clean.
