I met Emmett at the NAMM show in Anaheim in the 80's. He had the smallest size booth at the exhibition (10X10) but the music coming from it, and the interest, and the gathering of famous players (watching) was amazing................................nice upload.....so glad to have found this...............love that last note..........Goodbye E.C..........we didn't really appreciate or deserve your brilliance.....but the world is a better place as a result............

For some reason, this one makes me think of a wedding, like something we'd hear at the reception, or right before the bride is walked down the aisle. 😊 Regal, but strangely relaxed, too.

Hi Jan, ich habe es gerade vom Tod Emmett Chapmans erfahren und dein Video entdeckt. Es freut mich sehr, dich mal wieder mit dem Stick zu sehen und zu hören. Ich fand immer, dass du das super machst. Die Zeit mit dem Stick, mit Steve Adelson, Greg Howard, Robert Culbertson und mit deinen Stücken war für mich eine sehr inspirierende Zeit, die in Folge in einigen Gitarrenstücken für das Album "Whats Left" mündete.
