Nice, Tim! Safe to say, as much as it’s getting used, the functional trainer was money well spent.

Thanks man!! Yeah I use it all the time, especially when I was rehabbing the shoulders. I’m finally pushing the stacks in a few exercises but I’ve got the gym pin to add more weight if needed.

      Oh Man, YES
U have the best functional trainer on the market.
Only con to it is the price. If a person has the money, it is the one to buy, dido on the attachments. Prime attachments are the best but they are expensive, if one has the money, get them.
      Nice workout

@@bobbyhunt3009 thanks Bobby!! I mainly bought it because I used it at my local gym and absolutely loved how it felt.

    Nice workout
We have talked about our workouts and I wanted to show U mine.
    My workout is
Mon--- Bi's, Tri's, Shoulders (Lateral Delt and Rear Delt), I get enough front Delt on chest day and shoulders have always been my best body part so I don't need to target front Delts
Tues---- Chest, Back (Lats and Traps)
    Wed-----Rest
Thurs----Legs (Quads, Hamstrings, and Calves) Only do 2-3 sets of 20-25 reps of calves 2-3 RIR, that is enough
    Fri---Start over,
    Bi's, Tri's, Shoulders
    Sat---Rest
    Sun---Chest, Back
I hit each bodypart every 4-5 days and take a rest day after 2 consecutive workouts.
Never work 3 days in a row as this wears down my systemic fatigue too much and weakens my workouts.
Everything is done within a range of 6-10 reps, 2-3 RIR at most,
Usually after 3 months I change the rep range and will do every exercise within 12-16 reps for 4-6 weeks.
This is my super hypertrophy phase. My original plan is hypertrophy work too but I add the 2nd part for endurance and extra hypertrophy. After the 4-6 weeks (usually 6 weeks) I go back to my original plan.
    This is what I do
I have never used Westside's method.
I think I should as it has proven to make guys stupid strong.
I like to hear about your workout routines.
I watch and learn different ideas from U and the Home Hacks guy. More people need to be aware of U two as they could learn a lot. Take Care

That’s a great workout Bobby!! Completely agree about the systemic fatigue because I get the same way. I love the super hypertrophy phase and might have to implement that after my 3 months of this program and see how it feels. Appreciate you sharing your workout!!

    Thanks!

Hey, those are from a company called Crossover Symmetry. Mainly meant for shoulder rehab.

How come you don't sell your cast iron dumbbell set since you have the urethane american barbell dumbbells now?

    • @GoreckiFit

It’s in the works, I most likely will give it away and keep maybe the 40s and 25s just to compare if I ever need to for reviews. I will keep the Rogue incremental ones since those were a gift from my gf and still use them.
