My humble opinion. Musa Mseleku is a skilled mastermind manipulator - I agree with a comment I saw and successfully read which stated that he has deceived the elders of the wives. This involves him having the audacity to ask for a fifth wife; when he is attempting to increase the number of his "family" - the sin of greed is also a factor here; playing its role through him.
The only reason why he is even tolerated is because he is a financially stable man (a wealthy son-in-law in their perceptions (or views) - should they even examine his status further. Mbali is correct to ascertain that her husband has a condescending tone towards the elders. 😮
