WHen I lived in Pcola Bob Sikes was our main spot on the bay. Glad to hear it is still open.I had heard it was closed to fishing. I have seen everything caught there from rays to sharks, Spanish, jacks,trout,whiting We can't wait till we return to the area this Fall. Bob Sikes is on the spots we are going to fish.

Bro, I’m a big Beatles fan…”Helters Kelton” is simple, and if you look up the meaning of Helter Skelter, well…it might sum up the first few weeks of the new channel (all in good fun, buddy, keep killing it…love the collabs).
Back in my skipping GBHS days, we'd walk out to the end of Bob Sikes to jump off and climb the levels on the new bridge to jump from them too.

what kind or rod is this? I have some very high end bass rods but not sure its big enough for this kind of fishing, I enjoy light tackle but just wondering length and weight you use?

I might get slammed for this but I think Kelton is a little too young to go on RUclips with his own channel, don't think he's prepared to understand or deal with some of the negativity (and trust me that's not the word I wanted to use) but if you as a parent want to take a chance on scaring him for life that's on you, and only you can make that decision because you're the parent, it's not about the money. My apologies to you Bearded Brad if I have overstepped my boundaries but great video 👍

A small modification on another suggestion: Katching with Kelton
A kayak would have made fishing that pier a lot more better. As far as his channel, I would go with " Killing it with Kelton" because something tells me that little man is going to be doing a lot more than just fishing.
We pulled up on a boat while you were catching bait we caught 9 and a mangrove in 30 minutes right off that corner piling

So this is not an abandoned pier. It is the dock for the Pensacola Bay City Ferry at Fort Pickens, an authorized concessionaire of the National Park Service and very much an active pier. It was severely damaged by Hurricane Sally in 9/20 and rebuilt about a year ago.
There are a lot of fish around the pier. To my boating friends take heed to the signage telling you to stay 200 yards away - the FWC enforces it.
They been giving tickets to people who fish off the ferry pier regardless which side of the gate you are on. So be careful

The Blue Angels are the Navy’s precision flying team. They do air shows and demonstrations all over the country.

Should've fished the regular peir , much easier to fish and the mangroves have been Stacked up on every piling for the last 3 weekends

They are jets that the navy uses to do air shows.there painted blue.thats why I assume there called blue angels.
