Painting over wallpaper, how to prepare walls for painting

We're doing a little bit of everything in todays video, from mixing wallpaper seams with drydex spackling, to using plywood to protect our 1/4" drywall wainscot edge.

We use drydex all the time for nail holes or shallow cracks :) definitely the easiest quick fix solution
