Praise The LORD. Yes, very helpful being GOD'S child how much we pray is less. While doing household works I use to prayer & get answers.

I pray walk every nite. I say my Rosary, the 3 Hail Mary rosary and sometimes the Jesus Prayer on Greek Orthodox prayer beads. Makes my body and my soul fit !!!
