When i saw Bar Trench in Netflix, right away i imagine myself playing real good deep house because of the ambience, chill, and intimate vibe of the bar. I will definitely visit this when i come back to Japan.
Of course he does. He is polyglot and his native language is Brazilian Portuguese. We asked him to talk about his perspective of bartending, which is the issue a bit difficult to put into words, so we decided to shoot this interview in English. Anyway, we wish this video could capture Trench’s concept and his philosophy of bartending. Thanks.

"But at the end they are all human beings". It's comforting listen Rogério discoursing about bar culture and it's changes.
Thank you for comment. We wish his story could inspire the younger generation!
Rogerio-san and his team are the hosts with the most. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Trench and I look forward to the next time.

@@barsofnuera His English has a very distinct French way of pronunciation. So I was a bit suprised when I found out he's actually Japanese Brazilian😂
