Hindi tugma yung yung nabili mo na 10meters heavy duty high wattage na sabi mo is 3.75kW yung kaya compare dun sa Orange plug mo na 3prong to 2-prong na ang sabi sa product description around 500 to 1kW. Though when you tested it di naman siya nagdraw ng more than 1kW power so hindi nalusaw yung orange plug mo which is good. But in any case, if power that is drawn from the plug exceed the capacity of the orange prong, lusaw yan (base from the product description) but your 10mtrs extension cord will survive.
Yung part ng plug kung saan may solder or hinang, my advise is to put an electric tape for safety reasons or any insulator para hindi lang exposed yung solder and wire

Must be connected to the ground that's why it's called "ground". So, any conductive material that is connected to the ground, pwede.
