I used to get the Zesta regular saltines but then I started and kept getting the whole wheat variety. But now I get the Special K Multi grain crackers. I just wish they would put them in a larger package. Good review.
You know, they must have watched y’all’s video or something. I don’t recall having zastas before but bought them recently when they were out of the premiums. They’re actually WAY saltier (which I love) than any box of premiums I’ve ever had. Maybe my box was extra salty or something since I only have a sample size of one, but it’s surprising. They’re also softer but more buttery. Not sure which I like more but I’ll have to try the meyr
Zesta used to be the best saltine cracker made but as of 2022 they changed them and now they are just nasty dough balls when you put them in soup just like great value brand 😠😠😠
Grew up on Premium. Went to an old school diner in San Francisco and they served Zesta. That’s all I buy now. I eat’em straight out of the sleeve. Great with plain butter, also peanut butter. Yum.
In Australia they are joined together in a square. The brands are salada which is made by anonetts and we have premium but they are joined together as well
Zasta saltine cracker used to be the best until 2022 when they cheaped them out and now they're dough balls when you put them in soup just like great value brand
It’s funny you mention this. I bought a box of Zesta a few weeks ago. I hadn’t eaten any in probably over a year. The date is good on the box, but they seem stale!
@@TamiDunn Kellogg's cheaped them out in 2022 I notified Kellogg's and they sent me a $5 dollar coupon and admitted they had changed the formula and I told them they could keep them that I would buy something that was fit to eat 😂😂
I’m an Original Premium girl, but Zesta is pretty good too. I would go for that one if the store was all out of Original Premium. I haven’t tasted the other due to not seeing that brand in my area. Great video 👍🏽😊
Why are you offended by them being called crackers? Sixty years ago, they used to come four in one big square, and you had to actually crack them apart. Needless to say, they didn't always (usually?) break up neatly. It wasn't until 1959 that Nabisco started selling them in reclosable stacks of single crackers. All three of the boxes call them crackers. "Saltine" is the style of cracker they are. What is the problem, as you see it?
Nabisco Premiums have CHANGED. The now have less flour, more air and taste like the cheapest Kroger brand. If you want quality, try Lance. HUGE Difference, more flour, better tasting. You get what you pay for.
We love to dip in to artichoke Jalapeño Parmesan dip. Zesta is our fav for this. So smooth and good! Premium is too crunchy. As shown they are baked longer. I like Premium with sliced sharp cheese though. Both are the best saltine cracker on the market.

Tami Dunn No. I'll try them. Thanks
I'm the Premium crackers lover but I have been eating Zesta even during this video and have to say, Zesta wins for myself.

This is interesting!
In Canada where I'm from they're sold in the shape of a geodesic dome.
Man your prices are low. Here in western mass Premium is around $3.99 a box, and the others about $2.99 a box.
It is interesting how prices can vary!
Tami Dunn Yes it is. I like you add them to videos :)

@@TamiDunn premium brand has been the best so far at least they don't turn into dough balls when you put them in soup 😂😂

@@TamiDunn You’re Very Welcome Tami 😊
I love all crackers, but Zesta won me over. Great video!

So difficult to find a supermarket that offers both Zesta and Premium. I heard Premium has gone down in quality so people have been going to Zesta.
Thank you for watching!

Thank you for watching!
I wanted to know which damn cracker was the crispiest?
KRISPY!!!!

A lot of times we like the cheaper brands just just as much! Thanks for watching!
Tami Dunn yeah the cheaper brand that HEB sales has a completely different taste than the premium ones that I also like
I just started watching this, and I"m going to guess it's the Premiums that win out.
I GREW UP ON THE PREMIUM AND THE BEST😋😋😋😜
Love your video.
Thank you!
Stop calling them crackers.... I’m offended!!!
