As an enthusiast, I honestly want the 50% rule to stay, reason being, in buses, where I record videos, at the back have back facing seat, facing my favourite seat, also making me uncomfortable

Well, there is a commuter service to Maynooth, Connolly, Pearse, Bray, Docklands and M3 Parkway
