What year was this? Hermoine Gingold was a wonderful personality. I've seen her on some Jack Paar's as well. This looks like a kinescope taken from a color tape.
This was 1977, the year that Ms. Gingold stopped her stage performances due to that accident. She lived ten years more and is buried in Glendale, California. That is where I will be...by my grandmother...I hope not soon! Hermione was a hoot! ❤

I remember Merv's show with Arthur Treacher; fabulous guests and great conversation. They certainly don't make TV like that anymore!
