    I'm a dealer in Wisconsin, and yes, Wisconsin does have an old law that states a non-dealer cannot buy/sell more than 5 vehicles per year. Yes that law does still exist, but it's not enforced. The DMV doesn't care how many vehicles a person buys/sells, as long as sales tax is being payed on the vehicle and it gets retitled EACH time it's sold.
    The advantage of having a Dealer's License is that the dealership doesn't have to title the vehicle or pay sales taxes on it.

    So, I haven't watched episode 4 yet, I'm still trying to find a FREE way to watch them. But I've heard elsewhere someone mention all the work needed to be done before scraping/crushing a vehicle. I've been in the Auto Salvage industry in Wisconsin in one way or another since I was old enough to walk. Earl is right, there are many required procedures to do before sending a vehicle to the shredder, we call that "processing" the vehicle. We are required to evacuate and store the Freon from the A/C system, remove battery and any other lead sources, remove mercury switches, drain most of the fluids (gas/diesel, engine oil, transmission/transfer case oil, antifreeze/coolant, brake fluid, etc). Tires need to be removed, although some companies that shred will allow you to leave tires on and just deduct a fee for each tire. Fuel tanks need to be removed as well, but most shredders will allow you to leave it in if it's been drained and has several holes punched in it. It's common to do this on vehicles with a tank that's difficult to remove. Theresa's RAV4 (assuming it's an AWD model) has a difficult tank because the rear driveshaft runs underneath the fuel tank. Anyhow, most of these procedures can be skipped if a person was in a hurry to crush the vehicle. I quick snip of an A/C line evacuates the Freon (yes I know it's illegal). The battery would need to come out, easy to do in a minute or so. Gas would need to be drained, very easy to just poke a few holes in the tank and let it run out on the ground, or maybe catch it in a pan or pail. Same with the coolant. Then quick buzz the wheels off and stick the damn car in the crusher! There's no reason that couldn't be done in about 10 or 15 minutes if someone with experience was prepared. It should also be noted that rules were much more lax back then. When a semi trailer load of crushed cars goes to the shredder, they either get stacked in a big pile to be shredded soon, or sometimes even go directly into the shredder. VIN's aren't checked at the shredder under normal circumstances. As Licensed Salvage Dealers, Avery Auto Salvage is the last entity to deal with the VIN of cars they scrap. Of course the authorities could ask the shredding company to check cars coming in from a suspicious dealer, and they would comply.
    I don't know which shredder the Avery's sold thier scrap cars too, but it was either B&B Metals in Newton, Sadoff in Fond Du Lac, Samuel's in Green Bay, or Miller in Milwaukee. (Miller & Samuel's have been bought out by Alter since this time frame). Any of those shredders would've shredded the RAV4 unprocessed without batting an eye as long as there wasn't tires, a battery, or a full gas tank. And since this RAV4 has a "difficult" gas tank, no suspicion would be aroused from the tank being left in it. This is a FACT, not an opinion. Earl should know this and I believe he does know this. It makes me suspicious why he would make a statement saying there wasn't enough time to crush the RAV4.

    • @thedarkknightrises330
      @thedarkknightrises330 8 месяцев назад

      @debacofzomb9889
      If I may .. your first thought on brain fingerprinting. While, MaM made it out to be 100% accurate, that is highly debated. I believe it was in its infancy stages still when Zellner used it. Tests results on "guinea pigs", were the people had no dog in the fight, came back to be extremely unreliable.
      CAM hasn't covered the physical evidence yet. But both the blood droplets and the key are explainable.
      Avery's blood droplets and smear? Zellner's reenactment at the back of the RAV4 is pretty accurate to me, except it was Avery who attacked her. But let's say this is true, and let's say Avery attacked her with a hammer. While attacking her, he didn't bleed. (Whoever attacked her, did not leave a blood mixture of his and Teresa's blood). So Avery doesn't bleed during the attack. No attacker did. So how does Avery's blood get into her car? Easy! While moving the debris and branches, he opens the cut on his finger. The way the RAV is parked, Avery then has to reach in from the passenger's side door to retrieve the keys. He never has to grab the steering wheel. His blood drops match perfectly with soneone reaching in from the passenger's side door. Drop on the passenger's seat. Drop on the CD case. Drops on the floor below the ignition. And I'd bet the smear would match perfect with the backside of a hand that is dripping blood. And yes the angle of Avery's hand would cause him to hit that spot. The last drop was found in the passenger's side rear door entry way. Why there? If Avery opened the door to retrieve the hammer (or murder weapon), he would drip blood as he reaches in.
      That takes us to the key. Again, easily explained. After Avery retrieves Teresa's keys, he is still bleeding. So what does a person normally do to things they've bled on? He/she cleans the object. His blood is on the keys. So he throws her other keys that he doesn't need into the fire, and keeps the RAV key. He cleans the key from all his blood and then rehandles the key. Thus that key was found with only Avery's DNA in it.
      Make sense?

      What they did to Brandon was horrible. 100% agree!!
      CAM has done a great job of tearing down the pillars supporting Avery's innocence. The clips with Avery's own words and tone towards people paint him in a different light than was portrayed in MaM. CAM has added plenty of details about Avery's past, his activities leading up to Teresa's disappearance and murder, and the "bigger picture" on stuff MaM either misrepresented or left out.
      One of the things I am looking forward to is if CAM will shed more light on Brandan's situation. I personally believe Brendan's February interview with police is the closest thing we have to the truth. He stated he got home and played video games and Avery called him later that night. When he went over to Avery's place, Brendan said he saw Teresa's toes in the fire. .... That's what I believe happened. She was dead before he got there. Therefore never took part in the murder.

      @@thedarkknightrises330 I just have to say a few things about this. It's not like a just disagree. He is not where he belongs but he very well could have had sex with a corpse and helped move the body. I'm not saying this is how it was but, for example, if she was still breathing, unless she was brain dead (which can't be proven) then he was there when Avery shot her. (that might not count but it's too late now) He said she was still alive so nothing else matters. I mean, it does to us but the law is unfortunately and fortunately how it is.
      Then there's no way around it. He was there while someone else was committing a felony and that makes him guilty. It's BS and it's unfair but his mom should have never given them permission to interview him without an attorney. I know these people didn't want to convict him for life and that's why he was offered a plea deal but he was told by Grandpa Avery, "Stick to your guns." So that's what he did. He would be out now if he would have testified. Another way to look at this is that Avery did this to him and that Dassey would have never done anything like this in his lifetime. But for the sake of the truth, I have to say what I feel and here it is. I'm pretty sure Dassey knew this was going to happen before it did. His excuse to knock on Avery's door was that he was bringing Avery his mail but I heard his mom say it over and over, that She Brings Steven His Mail and that She Brought It To Him That Day. So, in reality, no matter how you stretch it, if that's the truth then Dassey put himself there and nobody else can be held accountable.

    Imagine a documentary where they interrogate Bobby Dassey, and say where he was and what he did that day, if he has an alibi and people who saw him that day, and then the polygraph, and then another interrogation of Sawinsky and Buresh or something, the other guy who saw Bobby with the RAV that night. That would be the bombshell, a documentary where it is investigated through the telephone antennas where Collborn was when he made the call asking about the rav's license plate, where the photos that Teresa took from her camera that day are also investigated and recovered to find out if the time it says Bobby was the time he says he saw her taking photos, and not the time the woman driving the school bus said, where a detailed list of all the fingerprints and DNA that were in the rav was made, a documentary where Give Brendan Dassey a polygraph and a new interrogation.

Listen to the TV interviews. They're closer to this final account. 5.b: He told her cousin that she took pictures of a vehicle behind the office garage and said nothing about the maroon van. 6 He said he didn't burn anything that night (LIE) and never mentioned being with Brendan (fact omitted) or anything about cleaning a red stain or driving in the golf cart to get tires, a seat, a cabinet, etc. These were uncovered by witnesses. He hadn't burned anything in 2 weeks? Robert Fabian said the burning barrel in front of Avery's was smoking and smelt like burning plastic --- In his final interview on the 9th of Nov, Avery was asked, "Did you burn anything that night?" And he said, "NO!!" In a jail call to his mom, he said he told his lawyer about Bobby and Brendan and she asked, "WHY!!??" And Steven Avery said, "Because Bobby saw her out there and Brendan was with me at the fire. Not to mention all the inconsistencies in the jail calls about how he got the cut on his hand. The appointment was with him they are just taking pictures of the car to list, it does not matter who the owner of the car is, it makes no sense to say any other name because the car is not being sold right then obviously the owner of the car does not need to be there. There is little doubt to me he lured her out there the *67, using his sisters name, the previous odd encounter she had with him, and him specifically asking for her to come. You mention the director says Avery uses *67 because Avery does not want any direct connection and of course that makes sense if he has hidden motive not sure why you think this does not make sense? She would have not gone if she knew it was him so going through other routs it hides who she is meeting up with. Your also just guessing he was planning on murdering her, I actually just think he was trying to get her out there to make moves on her and after her rejecting him he got forceful and went downhill from there. Your projecting a lot of what you would do, me personally I'm not sure what I would do but I can easily see her be like damn I drove all the way out here I thought I was dealing with his sister lets just get this over with so I can get paid. After the shoot who knows what he said to lure her into the home "I have your money in the house, you want a drink, I need your signature for my sister on this document in my house, ect ect who knows. IF every person was always rational the amount of crimes would be close to zero. As for the lady finding the car not that big of a deal to me she did walk straight ahead some people work from the back forward and some opposite so she started from the back and found it, it's also different then finding a needle in a haystack you are looking for a specific car you could probably almost run through the lot and find what you are looking for pretty quick if its there, that is totally different from knowing the lot and where a open space is to hide a car on the lot and debris around it.

      @@amandablack9026how does everything point to him? Please elaborate. I don’t think people with common sense and logic allow any documentary to brainwash themself, but there’s a lot of funky strange things that happened. To say everything points to him is lazy and exudes lack of research and knowledge on said subject

      Cognitive dissonance to what? I had no opinion of Avery (hadn’t even heard of him) prior to seeing the original doc.

      @@jaypoll20 1. He changed his story before she was even called in missing. This is after Bobby told him he'd seen her walking toward his door. His first story was that she hadn't made it out there yet. (to at least 3 people) 2. Avery said he only saw her out his window but didn't speak to her. That means he didn't get paid in these first 2 stories. 3. She knocked on his door, he let her in and he paid her inside 4. She paid him at her vehicle. This is closer to what he's claimed thereafter -- there's another one close to this but I'll leave that one out. 5. He told her cousin that she'd taken pictures of a vehicle behind the office garage but said nothing about the van. 6. He denied having a fire long before her remains and burned electronics were ever found. 7. He said he was in his house by 9 but if you listen to the 9 o clock Jodi call, he was outside. His sister and others confirmed that him and Dassey were both by the fire but they said none of this during their interviews. 8. His blood was found inside her vehicle. 9. A .22 round that scientifically was proven to be shot from his .22 that he said he'd never shot ... that had been locked away since Nov 6th ... was found a few feet away from a RED PUDDLE they'd cleaned but that was also left out of their interviews (since they weren't together that night cough cough) -- as we all know, it has Teressa's DNA on it. 10. He later admitted to most of this; the fire, Dassey and him being together, Bobby seeing her out there, the cleaning of the red puddle, Bob Fabian being by his trailer at 5, etc -- and all those shell casings he tried to say it was his nephew and he'd just throw them in the garage but again, they were all proven to only have been shot from one gun; his .22 ... so again, he had to change his story. "Oh, it was Jodi." If you listen to the jail calls, you'll hear at least a few different stories about the cut on his hand. Not just minor changes, major ones; completely different locations. And I'm not talking about him re-opening it on Wednesday. 11. Her bones that are all accounted for were found in the pit behind his garage, besides the 2 parts moves to the Dassey burn barrel. Her electronics were found in his burn barrel. Bob Fabian said that barrel was smoking at 5 and smelled like burning plastic. Someone else said they saw him putting a white bag into that burn barrel. Remember, he hadn't burned anything in 2 weeks. Listen to his last interview on Nov 9th. They'd already found her remains and her electronics but he didn't know that. So they asked, "Did you burn anything that night?" "NO!!" 12. Her vehicle was found on the Avery Salvage Yard with Avery's blood and Teressa's blood in it. It had been covered up, as we all know and the license plates removed. The plates were recovered by one of the volunteer firefighters searching for her body. 13. The key to her vehicle was found in his bedroom. That key, btw, was confirmed to be how it had been found months prior to the disappearance by one of her friends who'd driven the car. She said she only had the one key on the key fob. That key fob was a gift from Teressa's sister. I'm not one bit concerned about DNA because it's so easy to get rid of DNA. You can literally soak then rince an item in water and bye bye DNA. Bleach was most likely used because that's how it appeared under examination, same with her steering wheel and shifter. And maybe the .22 as well because that had been wiped clean. 14. The stuff on the Dassey computer was found out by Avery himself. That's how they later got a warrant to search it, because Avery said there was a bunch of porn and shit on there. 15. Avery's brothers and dad knew Avery was guilty right off the bat. Listen to the jail calls. 16. Someday I'll go through the jail calls again and I'll take more careful notes. I know there is a call where Barb is bitching Avery out because she didn't want to sell the van. I heard it with my own ear holes. She wanted to let one of her kids drive it.

    Another thing CAM zeroed in on was the fact Avery left work that day early and never returned. Just another coincidence??
    Also a friend of the Avery's testified that at around 4:45 pm, he was at the salvage yard and heard Avery tell his brother that "the photographer" hadn't arrived. Just another inconsistency or a murderer trying to cover his tracks?

      😆😆😆 soooo what YOUR saying (which I’ve heard this “testimony”) that SA WASNT IN his trailer with TH at this time “doing the deed”? Which is why this can’t be used for the prosecutions narrative. The time line wouldn’t work. SMH. 😂😂😂

      @@thedarkknightrises330 like I said… which punches a hole in the prosecutions narrative and puts a big hole in the timeline. Because if she hadn’t “shown up yet” according to the friend, then what did Bobby Dassey see? Which happened around 3:00. He’s the states Star witness! His testimony was the critical point for the timeline in the prosecution.

      BTW Richard, speaking of trickery, check out RICHARD BOYD'S video "Guardian life insurance...." There he reveals CaM showed the "missing person poster" but concealed what was on the bottom by cutting off the view. It appears they didn't want anyone to see it had been printed September 2nd, a day BEFORE Teresa was reported missing. It was printet by the YES organization (Ken Kratz/ board of directors) also, he discusses Brendan's statement about Steven's mail. Richard Boyd has another video challenging Candy or anyone to replicate Steven burning a body. That one is called PROVE IT. He uses crude language but gets straight to the point. He has a lot of videos about the deceptive editing by CaM.
