Thank you very much for your uou tube presentation. It took me three days trying to get the thread pick up. Your explanation and audio visual was all I needed... So greatful to you..From Papua New Guinea in the Asia Pacific Region.
Great video! Had to do this recently on an 8 head TFP machine. Saved my employer money when they didn't have to bring in a technician to do it. I'm always trying to learn as much as I can about the machine to do the repairs and servicing myself. Each time, I become less intimidated and feel more empowered.
This is the most helpful video on how to adjust the Grapple. Thank you for that, I've been looking for a good explanation and tutorial for a long time. adjust the Grapple.
Excellent presentation. I've watched so many videos hook assembly (etc) and this by far outweighs them all. Thank you so much! And when you said hook, of course, my brain went into "... check out the hook while my dj revolves it..."
It was a good video but you did leave something out. Not everyone will be so lucky when they release the set screws that it's aligned. After the set screws are loosened, yes moving the needle back or forward from the hook can be done. But how do you turn it to get that 3/16 space? Where do you put a screwdriver or what????
At our factory, they immediately make a transverse cotter pin on the axis of the shaft of the shuttle housing, so as not to suffer with the settings ... A little higher or lower is regulated by the shaft in which the needle . The distance from the hole in the needle to the tip of the shuttle should be 1.5 mm., longitudinal distance from the tip of the shuttle to the needle in the recess 0.2-0.3 mm., adjustable according to the needle number 90
How do you make sure the distance between the needle hole to the tip of the shuttle is correct. Do you insert a shim and rotate the shuttle? Do you have pictures or video of this process?
Really learnt a lot, thank you. I have a similar problem with the timing but with mine, the need keeps hitting the race hook and sometimes the needle end up breaking. It also makes a lit of noise, any information to help solve this problem will be much appreciated. Thanks once again

Hi dears! Do you have a guide/video how to properly replace and tune both of Presser Bars to achieve appropriate synchronous movement of both of Presser Feet? Thank you!
I watched this video because i wanted to see how to put the bobbin stuff back in properly. My needle is hitting something. The needle is in properly, and the needle goes down in ok, without material, but when i try to sew, it won't go down, for it is hitting something, so that means that the mechanism is not put in properly. When you put that thing in, it looks so easy, but when i do it, i can't get it to stay in the right place to put that cover thing on, it slips out. Can you help me?
