Just as a tip: Get yourself and your employees a certified FFP2/FFP3 mask (best from '3M', they are the most dense - no ad), which also protects yourself from COVID if it fits properly (no air flows past the side/top), because they filter the inhaled air and therefore also provide self-protection.
