I’d personally argue that Pastry and Brainwashed Dark are worse in their respective categories than Filibuster and Manic Dark. I’d argue Filibuster isn’t even the worst of the Legend units (that’s Mecha Bun). Otherwise… yeah totally agree (not like the non-collab choices for the other categories really compare to the worst)
Personally, I wouldn't consider Filibuster as the worst special, but one of those school gacha cats. They have 0 purpose except for school stages, and you can't even level them up properly so they don't even work as UR dump. I've had a few uses with Filibuster for stages like Procrastinator Parade. He outranges R.Osts and Camelle and provides a little bit of relief (although brief). For just generic special units, I'd say tricycle cat might be the worst special cat. It's combos suck (most of them are easily replaceable with combos with better units), and the unit overall isn't very good. By the time you unlock its TF you already probably have better options like Cyborg or Cameraman for an AOE spammable attacker.
@@Fakehumanbeing He's technically invincible 80% of the time. If he were to survive a lethal strike, he could be a significantly better unit. Dodge is a good investment for him.

if you boost chalkboard eraser it becomes a pretty good red meatshield, but it does take a very long time to get to a useable level
chalkboard eraser can be a meatshield in something like CoTC restrictions, but Tomboy Lion, and the other 2 from gacha are really bad.
Papaluga isn't the worst uber, it could be huge hermit or some other collab ubers
I excluded collab units because they would take up the entire list.

The only one I disagree with is Legeluga being the worst LR. The rushing nature is always nice, and Musashi is worse (in my use)
