Executive producer Andy Rowe explains how the show used a whole lot of money and a simple set of rules to force us to face the fact that being good might not end well.

Golden ball conundrum: agree that one person will steal and the other will split but agree with a handshake that you will give 50% to eachother at the end. That way the agreement means a bit more than.
I really doubt a handshake means more than literally making up a father lol
