i will say they are more physically demanding, but it takes more skill to ride a bike technique wise, for example i rode quads for a while and hitting the turns you just lean as hard as possible and gas it but leaning a bike into the turn without dumping it takes alot more practice
i dont like quads.. but these guys got some balls... too bad every quad rider doesnt ride like these guys instead of just doing donuts and stirring up dust...

Pretty boring play by play narration but the jumps and air time was cool. I can't imagine doing that on my 570 pound Scrambler 400. ☺
