Located deep in the Niagara Gorge, stairways lead to 4 kilometres (2.5 miles) of rugged paths that wind through this pristine pocket of Carolinian Forest, past prehistoric geological formations, wild flora and fauna. The Niagara Glen overlooks the rapid waters of the Niagara River and the natural phenomenon that is the Niagara River Whirlpool. This hiking trail is very close to Niagara Falls.

I personally think hiking in the fall is even better. Beautiful fall foilage and it's cooler. My friends and I did this entire trail last year, it was awesome.

Awesome amazing salmon and trout fishing in the fall and winter. Watch your step always.. The hike back up can be especially grueling. Pace yourself, bring water and some food. Rain gear ect can't hurt.

Depending on your pace, I would say an hour. Also, there are number of variations that you can choose from. Highly recommend, very scenic
