We have two installed in the master and upstairs bathrooms, and needless to say, they picked a perfect fan for those spaces. I replaced the capacitor in the upstairs one about a month and a half ago. The one in the master, it's bearings are getting a little dry and it's capacitor is I think starting to drift. I have four different ones in my collection, all different from each-other. I love these fans with a passion because of their spiral vents, powerful motors, etc. I'm surprised that they are still being sold today, and I'm glad since they are great fans, they're significantly better than many ceiling fans made today.

Thinking about buying one of these since I’ve got the 44” counterpart which is an excellent performer
