Thanks for letting me know that my coasters contained a typographical error. 🤪 I want you to know that I have fixed the images that are linked in the description box. I hope that I was able to share some useful ideas with you today. I’m curious to know what video topics you would like to see in the new year. Can I share ideas or provide inspiration to help you reach your new year’s resolutions? Let me know! Merry Christmas!🎄
Sherry I would love for you to give me ideas of how to decorate AFTER Christmas, but before Spring. I’m tired of my same-old same-old. And this video was delightful! My fav were the question coasters. I’m thinking trivia would be fun too!
I agree with Donna, perhaps movie trivia about your favorite Christmas movies?😊My favorite decorations today were the Menu board, and the pearl snow! Agreeing that artificial snow is messy, I use Epsom salts. I also love my artificial birds, even at Christmas. I started a few years ago incorporating my bunnies into winter decorating they look lovely with berries! they stay out after Christmas. the animals stay on display. It can help with the long dark winter days to feel the life of woodland creatures inside
I would love to see some winter decor that would include some of the little white lights. The dark winter evenings are made so much more cheery with all the Christmas lights. I know in Scandinavian countries they use the little mini white lights and candles in the windows way into probably February because it gets dark so early there. I always hate to put away all the lights and I would love to figure out a way to incorporate some of those lights into January and February winter decor.
Love the pearls! You could have made a few Little Snowmen with them as well! I think it glams up your casual cozy dining room again mixing Styles together. I love your eclectic ideas!
Okay, you definitely are a cornucopia of unique ideas - as if we didn’t know already. The conversation coasters are brilliant! Thank you for all the time and effort you put into your videos. They are just wonderful. ❤️ Wait! I wrote this before seeing the entire video ( I was too excited, I know) -- the table scapes are masterful. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love the coasters! There shouldn’t be silence at the table for sure! I loved the bathroom sign! I am going to make it today! Thanks for all your ideas!!❤️❤️
Absolutely fabulous!! You come up with the most amazing ideas. I loved the use of pearls for snow. Your home is a showroom for Christmas decorations and inspiration!!
Wonderful! Full sheets of printed Christmas Carols using double-sided sticky tape or glued together, one bottom to another top, would make a great table runner! Thanks for sharing your creations, Sherry.
I love the idea of pearls for snow. They are lovely with the tiny lights on them. The place setting with the Bible verse and nativity animals is genius. I enjoy your content and I am sure I will be entertained by whatever you present in the new year. Personally, I am looking to de-clutter and organize. Inspiration in that area would be helpful. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
P.S. Since you asked: I love your Trash to Treasure videos and room re-do or re-decorate videos, and also any bargain ideas. Some folks put away reds and decorate with lots of blues and white for snowy January but any video you have made has been fantastic, so, no complaints here on whatever you choose to share.
Something I started last year for this year was keeping the cards that people gave me and out the message with a reply. Using the message and reply on one side and the picture from the card on the other, I turned them into cute ornaments that I attached to their gifts this year. I hope it is cute and heartfelt. ❤
I love that idea! Makes sense too, because chances are, if someone chose the card, they most likely chose an image and message that they liked. I know I choose cards by which image and message I think is most beautiful. So you know they'll think it's pretty, cause they chose it.
Love the idea of the pearls as snow. You are so incredibly talented and creative. You have a delightful personality and it’s a privilege and a pleasure to get to watch your videos and pick up great tips. Thank you for sharing and all you give! Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year!
I think the pearls are a great idea. I use epson salt to be more environmentally friendly, but it is still messy, and although I try to reuse it, it is not really feasible. If need be, some of the pearls can be picked up individually for reuse, avoiding other unwanted detras , a.k.a. crumbs, glitter, pine needles, etc. Plus, they look prettier!
Sherry what lovely ideas! I love how you even repurpose your repurposed Christmas decor into other vignettes! I love using things that don't normally go together for a bit of interest - that usually happens accidentally!! I also LOVE the pearls - yeah for no mess snow! Oh - I forgot you had asked about some items people put on their Christmas trees. I put my kids first shoes (because they are usually never worn anyway) and sometimes tags or collars from special pets we had lost.
Sherry, your videos challenge me to search for new superlatives - every time I watch you, my head starts whirling with "I love it!" and "I want to do that!" and "How did she think of that?" and so on. Everything is great, but I especially love the witty gift tags. I'm definitely going to use them!
Once again you have given us so many ideas. The pearls on your centerpiece for snow elevated this to another level. Loved the tags and Xmas Vacation sign
Hi Sherry! I loved this video! You always get our creativity going with your countless amazing ideas! I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! 🥰🤩😍🎄
Hi Sherry! Thank you for all the inspiration. I love the fake pearls as snow! I will definitely use this in the future (as I just finished my holiday crafting this afternoon). I like the brown paper packaging with a drawn vase and faux greenery and will incorporate this idea into my gift wrapping this year.
Excellent video. Loved almost everything. Favorite was the table centerpiece. Of the picture frames, my favorite was the snowman blocks. If the other two, it was the one with the bird. Love the idea of the question coasters, but I'd double check the wording. Thanks so much. I love how your creative brain works.
Hi Sherry! Yes, the pearls as snow really elevated the table scene! As always, great job. I really enjoy how much your family plays a big part in the videos.
Those coasters were such a unique touch to your table and bet they would make for some fun times. I’d love to make some of those! The pearls you added was a beautiful touch to your centerpiece! I use pearls a lot and never thought about them resembling snow! Great idea. Hope you are having a wonderful day and I will talk to you soon! Love, T
Absolutely brilliant and beautiful DIYs. I simply cannot choose a favourite! Thank you for sharing your creative genius. Merry Christmas from my family to yours. ❤ from Shannon in Canada 🇨🇦
If you want the brown craft paper to become unwrinkled on the back of your picture frame, just likely wet it with a sponge. The paper shrinks and becomes tight. This is an old picture framer’s trick.
Just when I think you couldn't possibly come up with any more new ideas you totally surprise me. What fun and unique ideas Sherry. I can imagine how wonderful the Christmas season is at your house. 🤗😚😙❤❤❤
A swing and a hit! Wonderful ideas Sherry! I’m for the pearls as snow, I think they look unique and beautiful. I do wonder if the cat would have at it though. I loved the tray menu board best. I think I may make one too! Chenille stems 👍🏼
Sherry, you never fail to amaze me with your wonderful ideas. I would love you to create a book full of decorating ideas. You could include beautiful photos, templates and pretty paper to use with some ideas. I'm sure it would be a best seller. Wishing you a very happy Christmas. Sue x
Many years ago, for Thanksgiving, I traced my 3 year old's hand on the fold of cardstock and printed a verse of thanks on each one. I love your idea of having some of the Christmas story at each place setting. What a great idea!
I did something similar years ago with the birth of our oldest son. I took small sneaker baby shoes and made it look the same with the shoelaces etc. Actually, I forget how many I made.
Such great ideas! My favorites: the trophy bottle cork (it doesn't even have to be a trophy; the village centerpiece, especially the pearl snow; the menu chalkboard with the chenille stem handles, what a great way to hide less than perfect handles; and lastly, the nativity animals in the place settings, very sweet! I want to try all of them. It might take until next year to collect enough animals?
When I use brown paper wrap, I love to make it 3 d. If I were making a vase, I would have hot glued a vase shape from patterned wrap or clear plastic leaving the top open to insert my greens. Just an idea. I loved all your crafting projects. You are so creative!
Wow what an amazing connection u could make with your family by make some gifts and table setting items at home thank u showing with us the love u have for your family ❤👍🏾
Love the blue place setting, soooo pretty. The center piece on the table was very pretty and the pearls was a great touch, loved that. The coaster idea was really nice, good conversation piece. Thank you for sharing 🎄☃
Good evening, Sherry! Your imagination never ceases to amaze. These are such fun, creative , and budget friendly holiday diys ! I Everything turned out beautifully, especially the menu board! Happy holiday-ing! 🎄 Thank you for inspiring. ❤ Bobbie. xoxo
Good evening, Bobbie! Hope you are mostly ready for Christmas. I still need to plan the menu and get the groceries, but the house and gifts are ready! Happy holidays!
Great ideas Sherry! I loved the clock frame too, but the bird frame was my favorite. I especially liked how you use the old cabinet door for your table vignette and your elegant faux snow (I love the look of pearls!). Your place settings were so pretty, and my favorite was the one with the Christmas carols printed out and placed on those beautiful pincone dishes.
As always you have succeeded in making thoughtful, lovely and heartfelt gifts. I especially like the individual photos of your sons and their companions. I will say I want to have more guests for the holiday just so I can justify making those place card holders. I don't know why they struck such a chord with me, but I like them so much. Speaking of chords, all the sheet music ideas make me sing when I see the titles (I sing tenor, and lower alto). I find them all so appealing. Thank you for the time and effort to make this video. It's over the goal posts! Thanks again, Cherie! Joyeux Noel! Blessed Merry Christmas to you and yours ❤😇🕯🕯🕯🕯✴🐫🪙🐪🏺🐫🌿👰♂🐏🐂🎶👼👑🕊🦁🐑✝🕊❤🙏❤🎄📬🧦🍊🍬🍫🍪🍪🥛🎅🥕🦌🦌🎁🛍🎁❄☃⛄🎄

May I say with pure sincerity YOU ARE A GENIUS! Such beautiful art you have created. You are so very talented and we do appreciate all your hard work. Happy Holidays from Debbie and Dexter-Dog my sweet tiny rescued Chihuahua companion living a quiet crafty life in southern California. 🙏🙏🎅🎅🎄🎄😃
Oh, Sherry! I love these wonderful ideas! I think you should patent the conversation coasters - how wonderful. The pearls are a terrific idea and so lovely on your table. (I’m trying not to overuse exclamation marks but I should overuse them to emphasize how smart and gifted you are!!!!!) since I’m your long lost cousin, please set a place for me,🤓 Heeheehee. Much love and appreciation.
I so appreciated the theme of your video today. I haven't been this behind in, well let's just say a lonnnnnnnnng time. Love the "Coaster Game", well that's what I'm going to call it. It's a brilliant idea.....Christmas Vacation is a huge favorite in our entire family. The fact that "the big day" is getting sooooo close, means it's time for my favorite day. It's the day that I go to the perfume counter at Macy's or Nordstrom's, and stand at the counter, wearing my favorite fragrance and hum Christmas Carols.......All of the men who have no idea what to buy, buy whatever I'm wearing......I think Niemen's and Nordstroms owe me a commission. Real truth, haven't done that in over a bunch of years........
I would love any gift from you.🎄 Your family is very blessed with such a creative and caring person who thinks of each person and how you put thoughtfulness and time into your gift ideas.🎄🌹🕊️🙏
I simply love your channel and the unique/beautiful crafts that you display. Your ideas are so refreshing and you can be sure that no one else has come up with the ideas. Wishing you and your family members a VERY Merry Christmas from Newfoundland, Canada. God bless you all.
Lol, we tend to over do the tape just to be a pain in the neck. 😂 to make them work for it. I use to do fancy wraps and bows but it was never appreciated. Love the the towel. Oh my, that bathroom sign really cracked me up. I too, love that frame because of the hummingbird and flowers. The centerpiece is amazing as I love pearls. I love the blue place setting the best.
Thank you, Margaret! My husband has been known to use packing tape on the box and wrapping paper, making those gifts nearly impossible to open! The boys/men in my family don’t really appreciate pretty gift wrap either, so it’s nice to have some girls around that notice the details.
Great ideas, Sherri. Thanks so much! It’s hard to remember all of them. I do remember the white picture frame w/bird and flower on it and the cube picture frames you made into a snowman was very clever and cute. I liked your table centerpieces but I really liked the cabinet base with the gingerbread houses on it and the snow pearls.
It always amazes me how you look at the same things most of us do, but you see wonderfully creative ideas and make the most beautiful things from the mundane! Thank you for sharing so many projects that will be fun for my family, too. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones.
Hello Sherry ~ More brilliant ideas for Christmas and simple ! I love that tray you’re using for the Menu Board… I have MANY big silver trays for our Granddaughter’s upcoming Bridal Shower, so I’ll save that idea for next Christmas and the handles…love that! With Christmas on Sunday this year and a son-in-law who is a Pastor, not sure when we will have a Christmas this year. I’m headed in for surgery the day after Christmas, with more to follow. All have been delayed / cancelled because I keep testing “positive “ for you know what! I’m not even sick ! Must be one of those non-symptomatic people. I’m upset…but God is in control of it all. Thank you for the wonderful ideas ! God bless ❤️❤️❤️🌲❤️❤️❤️
Your wrapping is so clever. I am doing the vase drawn on paper with greenery. So pretty. Love the pearls used for snow. The coaster idea might be something to try at our work Christmas party.
Just binge watched your last 4 videos and they’re all so incredible. I find myself asking, “how does Sherry keep coming up with all these creative projects?”! I then realize I have to go back and watch those projects because I was asking that question. Lol! You’re amazing! Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas! 🎄❤️

Love everything on the centerpiece. Great idea to use the old cabinet door. But the pearls as snow are the best. Very classy. Thanks for sharing
Thank you, Ellen! I’m so glad you liked the centerpiece idea.

The coasters are a great idea! 💟
Oh, Lynn, that is hilarious! I totally believe it. I’m sure you smelled lovely!
I would love any gift from you.🎄
Your family is very blessed with such a creative and caring person who thinks of each person and how you put thoughtfulness and time into your gift ideas.🎄🌹🕊️🙏
Thank you, Andrea! That is so sweet of you to say!
I simply love your channel and the unique/beautiful crafts that you display. Your ideas are so refreshing and you can be sure that no one else has come up with the ideas. Wishing you and your family members a VERY Merry Christmas from Newfoundland, Canada. God bless you all.
Thank you so much for those sweet comments! I wish you and your family a merry and blessed Christmas, too!
Thank you once again your never cease to amaze me with your beautiful ideas Merry Christmas 🎄👋🇨🇦💕😇🙏🎄
Thank you, Jennifer, and merry Christmas to you, too!
Çok tatlısınız çok güzel projeler her zamanki gibi🎄❣️
Thank you, Christine! 😊
I look forward to your videos so much!!❤️
The conversation coasters are such a great idea!
Thanks for your ideas. My favorite is the donut snowmen. Least favorite is the bathroom sign. Thanks again.
The bathroom sign is tacky, but my boys think it is hilarious!
It always amazes me how you look at the same things most of us do, but you see wonderfully creative ideas and make the most beautiful things from the mundane! Thank you for sharing so many projects that will be fun for my family, too. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones.
Thanks for watching and commenting on my videos,🙏 you have been selected among the winners of my giveaway 🎁🎉
Such unique ideas!! I loved them all!!
Loved the place settings 🍽❤️🎁
I love the pearls
Thank you, l Loved your ideas.
Your wrapping is so clever. I am doing the vase drawn on paper with greenery. So pretty. Love the pearls used for snow. The coaster idea might be something to try at our work Christmas party.
Thank you, Sarah! 😊
Sherry, you always inspire me. I loved the mitten idea.❤
