Turning on a truck that has been sitting for over 4 years!!! Will it start?

So In a nut shell in order to safely turn on a car that has been sitting for a while is the following
drain oil and replace with new oil
replace oil filter
replace coolant
siphon the gas out (if it has some)
replace batter
I have never done any of this and it wasn’t to hard to do and now I know how to change oil lol
Will forsure do one on the maro 👀
How are y’all liking the cadilac it’s sounds great and after it gets registers and smogged gonna make it more louder
