    Ces bons vieux sons planants et mélancoliques des années 70, quel bonheur 😊

      Deepmind is great

    • @engelfl
      @engelfl 5 дней назад

      Soundwise, your DeepMind might get there. But the Solina uses octave divider technology which makes it fully polyphonic. Your DeepMind is "restricted" to 6/12 voices of polyphony. Even if this demo does not make it obvious, you can do things with the Solina which are a far cry from what a DeepMind is capable of. That obviously goes both ways tho :D

      So I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone about the Solina, can you use all 61 keys on your midi keyboard while using the unit or are you just limited to 49 keys?

      @@NicolasMelis the phaser is the same as their VP-1 which is a clone of the Small Stone by Electro-Harmonix. The Small Stone only features Rate and a Color switch. If you want more control check out the Bad Stone -- it has a control for "Feedback" which kinda controls the depth, in a way. 😄

    Solina sounds just like stop settings on a pipe organ, especially with no effects. And imo, the solina sounds like crap for strings, but I would get it for a baby pipe organ module because that sounds good to me.

    • @NicolasMelis
      @NicolasMelis  Год назад +1

      This one? Or generally speaking? Cause i ve never tried an original one so i don’t know :)

      @jjrusy7438 Год назад +2

      @@NicolasMelis hi, yes this one. I actually like that sound. Pipe organs have many tones and really only romplers have various pipe organ samples as far as I know. I have 3 workstations and a jv-2080 loaded with pipe organ samples BUT I know of no pipe organ machine. You are going to cost me $300 lol.

      I'm really trying to be respectful and not be mean, but seriously? This guy thinks the Solina sounds like crap for strings? What are you expecting? An ACTUALLY orchestra? The string sounds from the Solina are legendary and for you to say they sound like crap is one of the most insanely idiotic things I've ever heard.

    • @jjrusy7438

      @@pfmdude you pendecho, it sounds like an organ. it was originally designed for that. iconic or not, my honest observation was spot on. read W&S's response.
