You’re a beast, such a hard one to get through!
This is one of the best workouts on RUclips that I found till now. The workout is quite hard, the exercises are shown really well and there is not to much of talking just working! Great job!
I guess it's kinda randomly asking but do anyone know of a good place to stream newly released tv shows online ?
The format of this workout works really well for me. The move is demonstrated then we perform it ourselves. The countdown clock both for the end of the exercise period and for the rest periods is clear and helpful. The text on the bottom is a great reminder of what I'm supposed to do in case I missed the spoken instruction. The instruction is clear and, like Yuliya wrote, no chatting.

Regarding your request, I believe the playlists you are looking for are already there in the playlists tab. For example Suspension training traditional classes, Suspension training advanced classes, Suspension training Low anchor classes etc etc
