I was a scrub/ causal for the longest time. Injustice 1 , mkx, injustice 2 and dbfz. It wasn’t until lockdown happened and I had time that I decided to learn how to actually think and play like a good player. Lucky for me , metafy was around and offered high level coaching . I paid top dbfz player to coach me . I ended up learning a lot and became really good , really fast. Learning frame data, footies , neutral , being patient, mix ups, teching😊 throws and good defense. Onlinetony is my friends neighbor 😂😂. He overheard me and my friend talking about wanting to go to evo 2019 and he said he’s an Evo medalist .
I did the same thing with Halo about 10 years ago , unfortunately halo died and I decided to take my same dedication to education, I'll never miss those times , but I eventually had to grow up.

Yeah even here we sometimes only get 5 people. We might average 12 or so most times, 20 at absolute best. NRS games have always been small competitively for one reason or another. Most of the community is online
