Longsword 16 Solo Flow Drill - 16 False & True Edge Cuts

This is a HEMA Longsword drill consisting of 16 cuts from 4 different directions. Cuts are done with the false edge and true edge. The the footwork is time with the cuts, stepping forwards and backwards.
The same drill can be applied to other swords such as Sabre and Katana.
The length of the Longsword is also very similar to the size of the Jo so the same exercise can by also be done but will a full thrust as normally practiced with a staff at the end.
