3AM at C&B Coffee and Breakfast: , Baking Magic.

"So me and Mike Shin decided to hit up C&B Cafe at 3am-yeah, 3AM ish. The vibe? Way different than I expected. Instead of the chaos and yelling you see on those TV kitchens, these guys were super chill. Baking away to some good tunes, tapping their feet, and even singing along here and there. The work was intense, but somehow it felt... meditative, like they were in the zone.
It kinda hit me-maybe that’s the secret ingredient to their crazy good bakes. Huge thanks to C&B Ali, Beep Lams, and the crew for letting me wander around with my camera while they were hustling. Oh, and shoutout to Mike Shin for the company.
This is part of my little project, Cafe Edits, where I’m learning filmmaking by just doing it-mistakes and all. From shooting to editing, every step is a lesson. Appreciate y’all for being cool about it.
